Death isn't bizzare; falling, crushing, smashing...unexpected, yes, but not alltogether uncommon. THIS list of most bizzare deaths, is weird beyond belief..

-- you ever heard of a death and went ‘W T F how does that even happen’? Apparently it’s more common than you think. Warning: some of these might be slightly gruesome.

The first person to make our list is Garry Hoy, a Canadian lawyer. He threw himself against the window of his 24th floor office to prove it was unbreakable.

Clement Vallandigham, also a lawyer, shot himself whilst trying to demonstrate that the victim could have accidentally shot himself dead.

Jesse William Lazear, a physician, wanted to prove that Yellow Fever was transmitted by a mosquito bite.

Here’s the oddest of the bunch in the ‘tried to prove a point’ category - Basil Brown tried to prove a point that drinking a gallon of carrot juice every day would make him healthy, but would end up killing himself in the process.

Alexander Bogdanov, a Russian physician, was admitting blood transfusions on himself.

Alright, so flying humans probably won’t be a thing for a while. Well, Franz Reichelt, an Austrian tailor, begged to differ.

Next on the list are people who fell, like Monica Meyer.

Monica Meyer was the mayor of Betterton. Along with having the most convenient last name ever for this job, she also had the most disgusting death ever.

Mayors seem to fall a lot, don’t they? Deputy mayor of Delhi, Surinder Singh Bajwa, is also on this list.

Not a mayor, but the owner of a wool mill. Paul G. Thomas fell into one of his machines and died from being wrapped in whopping 800 yards of wool.

This one, is unfortunately a double death and we bet it happens more often than we think A suicidal woman jumped from a building in Barcelona and crushed a 50 year old citizen from Ukrania and injured his wife. His wife survived. He unfortunately didn’t.

Bizarre accidental deaths involving falling seem to be the ones that happen the most. But have you heard of someone being trapped in the chocolate melting tank?

Alright, so the next one didn’t really fell, but was hit by something falling. And it was a cow.

One of those is Sigurd the Mightly, who reportedly beheaded his enemy and tied his head on his horse’s saddle.

And then there’s Frank Hayes, who won a jockey race in New York. Everything seemed fine, but the man actually won the race while dead.

We also know of people who have accidentally died twice. Maria de Jesus Arroyo had a heart attack and died after the doctors were unable to revive her.

And then there are other bizarre accidental deaths we just can’t really categorize.

Have you heard of Strasbourg’s Dance Fever?

US congerssman Michael F. Farely will also give you a W T F moment. The man died because he shaved - no, we’re not kidding.

We spoke about death by dancing, but have you heard of death by laughter?

Next is Gareth Jones. You’ve probably heard of this weird death and its even weirder aftermath.

And then there’s Diana Durre, who was killed by a Taco Bell sign which fell on her truck. The sign was a meeting point where she was going to sell a couple some dogs.

Another case of a bizarre and unfortunate death is Edward Archbold. A nearby reptile store was giving away a python and Archbold desperately wanted it.

Were you ever scared of the escalators? According to Xiang Liujuan, you should be.

To finish off this sad but incredibly interesting list, we’d like you to meet Gina Lalapola. An Italian stripper, who was supposed to jump out of a sealed cake during a stag party. Instead, the poor thing suffocated after waiting on her performance for an hour - her body was discovered by the party guests after she failed to jump out.
