Creepy, scary and disturbing clown sightings are being caught on camera all over America. With Halloween and the new IT movie around the corner these creepy and scary looking clown are spotted everywhere. From there a report came out of Georgia where two children said that man dressed in all black wearing clown masks and red clown wigs chased them while they were on their way to the bus stop for school. A girl who witnessed the event confirmed the story of the boys and from there things began to explode across the country.
In recent weeks social media has taken a dark and more twisted turn in the form of the sudden emergence of clowns all across America making threats and generally creeping people out. As if clowns didn’t creep you out enough already, now arrests are being made for threats, more and more 911 calls are surfacing, and all over the place it seems like evil clowns are taking over.
Recently a 13 year old girl in Washington township new jersey was found out by authorities as having joined in on the craze and she apparently didn't know how to use google to know that making terrorist threats on a school is a punishable crime, and that clowns like her were beginning to have their floppy shoes confiscated as they were being put into jail all over the united states.
Police are on high alert in Greenville county south Carolina after three children freaked out from a man dressed like a clown who tried to get them to come into the nearby woods of their apartment complex.
Maybe the clowns made their way north, because just above Greenville county in North Carolina psychos in face paint began to pop up including a report from a woman in forsyth county that claims a clown with a machete tried to get her to come into the woods.
School districts in North Texas in and around Dallas went on lock down after threats were made across social media.
Things took an extra dark turn in Virginia, where a 13 year old girl and a 14 year old boy approached a clown impersonator on social media and asked the clown to murder one of their teachers at her middle school.
In Cincinnati ohio,.. A woman called 911 claiming that clown chased her to her door. Once authorities showed up and found no clowns around, they arrested her for making a false report.
In Georgia a couple was arrested after they falsely reported that men dressed as clowns were trying to lure children into a white van dressed as clowns.
Though simply dressing like a clown and walking around isn't a crime… Serious arrests have been made.
But it may be surprising to know that the phenomenon isnt new.. And actually has its beginnings all the way to the early 1980s where a group of clowns in the Boston area and neighboring towns began to pop up, harassing children and never being seen by adults. but things were relatively quiet until this year and the sudden rapid explosion.
It all does however make you give consideration to the theory that all of this nonsense is in accordance with the remake of IT, whose main antagonist pennywise the clown terrorizes a small town. He does so only every 27 years… for the most part he only targets children, is rarely seen by adults… and he is often seen carrying around balloons. coincidence?
